1 Instructor in Australia
Hayman is Australasia’s premiere luxury nature-resort destination on the Great Barrier Reef. We are currently seeking an experienced PADI qualified Dive Instructor to join Hayman Dive Centre, specializing in personalized experiences in small groups. Our team is expanding after reopening in August.
Key Criteria:
Available to start in Sept / Oct 2011
Current AS 2299 professional dive medical
Current CPR, First Aid, O2 Providers Certificate *
QLD Recreational Boat License *
Minimum 1 years experience as a PADI qualified Dive Instructor
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
*These qualifications can obtained within the first month of employment
Highly desirable skills:
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of the Whitsunday area
• Experience in a 5 star resort with international guests
• Certified Aqualung Equipment Technician

2 Maldives Instructor
You will be hired directly by the hotel, and as a Hyatt staff, there are a lot of possibilities and opportunities.
As our instructor, requirements are:
MSDT or above with Nitrox instructor qualification
EFR and CFC Instructor
Able to teach in minimum 3 European languages
Excellent English command (read/write/speak)
Basic computer knowledge
Photography/Videography experience (not necessary to be a professional, but willingness to learn more, training provided)
Minimum 3 years instructor experience
Some managerial experience
Friendly, out-going personality
Well groomed (i.e no visible tattoos)
Good in sales
Understand high quality service standards
Willing to multi-task within the hotel (i.e may be requested to help with other departments)
Willing to adhere to high standards and follow strict policy guidelines of Hyatt

You will receive a lot of in-house training to learn more about Hyatt, and as the hotel is famous for its training system, you can learn as much as you want to learn. If you are interested in moving into different departments of the hotel, there are plenty of opportunities. As there will be over 4000 vacancies coming up by 2014 within Hyatt just in our region, this opportunity is very unique indeed – good chance to get your foot in the door of hospitality business for a long term career.
As such we require someone who is thinking long-term commitment. Minimum contract is 2 years. You will report directly to Recreational Manager (PADI Master Instructor). Your job will consist of diving and excursions, as well as other activities here at the hotel. Our department handles everything recreational.

3 FIJI MSDT Requred
We are looking for an MSDT for 3 months over Christmas and the New Year. Latest start date is 1st December 2011.
Must be an MSDT with at least 1 year experience. Knowledge of Italian/German, sports fishing, compressors and outboards an advantage but not a requirement. A good personality is a must. References will be required.
Located on the beautiful Matamanoa Island, the successful candidate will work for 8 weeks then have 4 weeks paid holiday. Free accommodation and entertainment allowance along with a low salary (by international standards) and meager bonus. Get yourself to Fiji but we pay all internal travel (when working).
Couples acceptable, but only one salary/allowance/bonus.
