There’s always lots of fun and laughter during the IDCs that PADI Course Director teaches here. You are looked after from the minute you sign up with the unique “Prior Knowledge” distance learning.

PADI IDCs are also unique because you get two for the price of one.
A PADI Master Instructor, is also there holding your hand through the entire experience.
The support continues right through until your Instructors Exam.
Mentoring continues as you gain experience as a successful PADI Instructor.

Great facilities

Large, bustling dive centre. There’s a large retail area, complete with air filling station and servicing booth. Our spacious classroom is equipped with all the latest PADI multi-media.

We have our own diving pool on site. This allows us to schedule pool sessions when it is best for you to learn. No need to lug your diving gear around as it stays poolside ready for when you want it.

Afterwards you can relax in our club bar. Ocean view is located right on the south coast. There are fast and easy access links to London and Gatwick is only a 30 minute car journey away.

Work experience placement for new instructors

Once you qualify as a PADI Instructor, Ocean View offers new Instructors a work experience placement for one month.

Because we understand that new instructors still have lots to learn.

You can team teach with the highly experienced instructors while you learn the full logistics of running courses.

You can take on more as and when your comfort zone expands, safe in the knowledge you are secure and compliant with HSE regulations.
